We encourage a healthy workplace and believe that exercise is a proven way to decrease stress and tension throughout your day. We are happy to offer corporate memberships to businesses with 4 or more participating employees.

20% discount on annual fee
$44 a month

$35 per month plus annual membership fee

Hours Of Operation:

Personal Training available by appointment 7 days per week
Open gym hours available for independent exercise Monday-Friday 5:30am - 6:30pm; Saturdays 7:00am - 2:00pm
Group Exercise classes available Monday-Friday 5:30am - 6:30pm
